Shipping policy

At Frisp, we aim to ensure that your order is processed and delivered quickly, securely, and in the best possible condition.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours on working days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times:

Metro Cities: 3–5 working days

Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 working days

Remote Locations: Delivery may take longer, subject to courier service availability.

Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (such as weather disruptions, strikes, or courier delays) are beyond our control, but we will keep you informed wherever possible.

3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: Applicable on all orders above ₹399.

Standard Shipping Fee: A flat rate of ₹59 for orders below ₹399.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with tracking details to monitor your shipment status.

5. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept, or multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
