At Frisp, we do not provide any return refunds unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

At Frisp, we are committed to ensuring that every order reaches you in perfect condition.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@frisp.in with your order number and clear images or videos of the product received.
Once our team reviews and verifies your concern, a replacement will be delivered within 7 working days.
Replacements are subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
